UPDATE FROM DAISY

After a sweet season with Daisy Donuts in Oslo, life has taken me on a new adventure. I’ve moved to Vietnam, where I discovered something unexpected: a love for fine Robusta coffee.

This isn’t the Robusta you might know — it’s specialty-level, traceable, bold, and deeply connected to the farmers who grow it. Together with my partner Vuong, I’m now working on a project called FinestRobusta, building bridges between local producers in Vietnam and curious coffee people abroad.

And don’t worry - donuts are still close to my heart. I hope to bake again soon, this time in Saigon.
