After a sweet season with Daisy Donuts in Oslo, I’ve moved to Vietnam — where I’ve fallen for fine Robusta coffee. Not your average cup: this is specialty-level, traceable, bold, and deeply rooted in place and people.
I’m now working with local producers to bring this unique coffee to Norway — and connecting with cafés, baristas, and curious coffee folks along the way.
